How much are your cookies?

Hand-decorated cookies start at $72 per dozen. Orders that are highly detailed or include handpainting start at $85 per dozen.

Do I have to purchase cookies by the dozen?

No you do not, but there is a minimum of one dozen cookies per custom order.

How far in advance do I need to place an order?

The earlier the better and it never hurts to ask.

Typically, we recommend that you reach out to us within 3-4 weeks of your event date. Lead times may increase around wedding season and the holidays. But life happens and sometimes we get cancellations or party dates get changed, so it never hurts to ask!

How long will the cookies stay fresh?

Cookies are heat sealed for freshness and will stay fresh for two weeks. We recommend that all bagged, hand-decorated cookies be enjoyed within a week of pick-up. Some clients have frozen their cookies for up to three months to enjoy at a later date.

Can I freeze the cookies?

Yes, the cookies freeze really well. If you plan on freezing the cookies, please let us know and we can include instructions.

How are the cookies packaged?

All hand-decorated cookies come individually packaged in clear, heat-sealed bags at no additional cost to you unless otherwise advised. We do also offer ribbon-tied bags and gift boxes for a small additional cost.

Are your cookies gluten free or vegan?

Currently no, we do not offer gluten free, dairy free, or vegan options.

What cookie flavors do you offer?

Vanilla, chocolate, snickerdoodle, and lemon are available all year. Seasonal flavors include orange, cranberry orange spice, mocha toffee, pumpkin spice, key lime white chocolate, toasted coconut, and blueberry lemon. We can change the flavor of the icing upon request.

Where are you located?

Our cottage food bakery is located in Casselberry, Florida! Please know that this is not a retail storefront, but rather a “By Appointment Only” pick-up location.

Do you deliver?

Orders over $400 are eligible for delivery for a fee. Fees vary depending on where in the Orlando metro area and the time of day we are delivering.

Can you ship my order?

Unfortunately, we are not currently shipping orders. But watch this space or follow us on instagram, as we’d love to be able to offer this service to our online friends in the future!

How do I place an order?

It’s easy! Fill out our order inquiry form with all your details. Please be as specific as possible. We’ll reply with a custom quote within 24 to 72 business hours.

How do I pay for my order?

All purchases can be completed on our website at time of ordering. Seasonal shops are paid for online before collection. You’ll be able to select from ou ravailable pick-up dates and times at check out.

Custom orders are invoiced separately, so you can review and approve your custom order details before submitting payment online. We do not begin custom work until invoices have been paid for in full.

What is your cancellation policy?

All sales are final as our products are all handmade and perishable. However, if for some reason you need to cancel your order before it’s been prepared, we’ll happily credit your order towards a future booking with us.
